John & Nelson talk to Congressman Jim McGovern about his experiences in El Salvador. In the 1980s McGover worked for Congressman Joe Moakley and the two of them played a key role in bringing stoping US Foreign aid to El Salvador which helped bring an end to the war. In part one of our interview Congressman McGovern talks to us about his experiences in El Salvador and the work he did on The Moakley report.

    Excellent interview. Rep. McGovern gave historical information about what was happening in El Salvador when our country was backing the government there.
